At Momanda, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Momanda account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization.

  Package the Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
